How we check
Our tracker loads each site's list of live rooms every 2 to 5 minutes — the same list it uses for the market statistics. A check fails when it cannot get that list. Two failed checks in a row mark a site as down, and the outage ends with the first check that works again. Start and end times of past outages are accurate to about one check interval. Hours when our own tracker was not running are left out: they never count as downtime.

How do you know whether a cam site is down?
Our tracker loads the site's list of live rooms every 2 to 5 minutes. When two checks in a row cannot get the list, the site counts as down until a check works again.
Is it down for everyone or just me?
If this page shows a site as up but it does not open for you, the problem is probably on your side: your internet provider or your country may block the site, some regions ask for age verification first, or the browser keeps an old error page. Try another browser or network.
