How we count
What we count
Every 2–5 minutes we check the live lists of nine cam sites — Stripchat, Chaturbate, BongaCams, Cam4, CamSoda, LiveJasmin, MyFreeCams, XLoveCam and Flirt4Free — and note the state of every room: a free public broadcast, a private show, a group show (ticket and club shows included) or away. "Models on air" is the number of rooms in a free public broadcast at an average check of the hour. Until 20 October 2026, and for any hour the checks missed, the figure comes from an hourly pass over the same lists.
A model with rooms on two sites counts on both: statadult counts rooms, not people. We never link accounts across sites.
Paid shows
"In paid shows" is the share of the models on air who were in a private or group show at an average check. Show lengths and private prices come from the same lists. We only see that a show is running, never what happens in it.
Tips
On Chaturbate and Stripchat we also listen to the public chat events of several hundred of the most-watched public rooms and add up the tips they get. "Tips per room-hour" is the tokens an average listened room got in an hour; each site uses its own tokens, so sites are never added together. We keep only sums: no tipper names, no messages. Tips inside private shows are not visible.
Averages
"Average on air" is the mean number of public rooms per collected hour over the last 7 full days (UTC). "Models per day" is the number of different rooms seen in public on an average day. Weekly changes compare the last 7 days with the 7 days before. Hours of the day are shown in the time zone you pick; the default is UTC.
Country, gender, age, languages and tags come from the models' own profiles, as each site publishes them. Not every site publishes every field: LiveJasmin and XLoveCam do not show a country, Stripchat does not list tags or languages in its public lists, MyFreeCams does not list languages.
When numbers are hidden
A number is shown only when there is enough data behind it: at least 7 days for a site, 14 days for weekday patterns and weekly changes, 30 days for monthly figures. A group — a country, a tag, a language — needs at least 10 different models a day on average. Below that the row is left out: never shown as zero and never estimated.
An hour counts only when the checks covered at least half of it; an hour without that is left out of the averages instead of counting as zero.
Privacy
We do not estimate what any model earns and we do not track viewers or tippers. A model's page shows only what the site displays publicly about her room: hours on air, schedule, minutes in paid shows, followers and viewer counts, never her tips or earnings. A model can have her page removed at any time with the link on the page. Viewer numbers are the room counts the sites display publicly.
